American Real Estate Exchange Services is a subsidiary of a 101 year old family real estate company. David Garfunkel,
as managing member, has been involved in the commercial real estate business for the last 33 years. He is the broker
for A.J. & C. Garfunkel LLC, which was founded by his great uncle Abraham Joseph Garfunkel and his grandfather Charles
Garfunkel in March 1908. David is a 1975 graduate of the University of Miami with a BBA
in Finance.
As a Qualified Intermediary, American Real Estate Exchange Services is detail oriented and adept at preparing
Section 1031 documentation. American Real Estate Exchange Services has the experience to ensure that your 1031 exchange
will be properly concluded.
